Azal Home Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Azal Home. Please read them together with the Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

1. Acceptance

By selecting “Agree & Continue” or using Azal Home after the consent screen, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy & Data Protection Policy. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required to use the service.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

Azal Home is provided for hotel guests and authorized users. You must provide accurate information where it is needed to identify an account, confirm a stay or deliver a service. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's use.

3. Room codes, sessions and security

Room access codes, links and sessions are for the intended guest and stay. Do not share them with unauthorized persons. Tell hotel staff promptly if you believe access has been lost, exposed or misused. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

4. Optional accounts and email

Some features may work without an account; others may require one. If you provide an email or use Google Sign-In, it may be used for account identification, sign-in, verification, security, service communications and support as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Google password.

5. Hotel services, orders and charges

Services, items, prices, taxes, operating hours and availability may change. Submitting a request or order does not guarantee acceptance; it remains subject to hotel confirmation, operational availability and the hotel's billing and payment procedures. Contact hotel staff if an app status appears incorrect.

6. AI-assisted guest assistant

The assistant may use automated or AI-assisted technology and can make mistakes. Its answers are informational and do not constitute a guaranteed booking, confirmed service, professional advice or an emergency response. Final confirmation comes from the hotel or the relevant service team.

7. Emergencies

Do not rely on Azal Home for emergencies. Contact hotel reception, local emergency services or the appropriate authority directly.

8. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app may send service updates and hotel messages and may display an unread badge. Delivery depends on your device, browser, network and notification settings and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Azal Home, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, introduce malicious code, or use the platform in a way that violates law or harms guests, staff or the hotel.

10. Checkout, suspension and termination

Room-based access ends when the active stay is checked out, expires or is cancelled. Azal Home may immediately sign the guest out on checkout, including while the app is open or suspended where supported. The hotel may suspend or terminate access to protect security, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

11. Intellectual property

Azal Home, its content, branding and software are owned by or licensed to the hotel or its service providers. You may use them only for personal guest-service purposes and may not copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except where law expressly permits.

12. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Networks, browsers and third-party services may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the hotel is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruption or unauthorized misuse. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable Egyptian law. We may update them. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, the app may ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
